I argue (1) ....

Sometimes I argue, as citizens we have elected some representatives to the parliament/state assemblies/councils (be MPs for the Union or MLAs for states or others Members of smaller units) to deliver good policies, legislations or acts ('policy'/'policies' henceforth) that can benefit the citizens and the country. Inside the parliament or assembly, you collectively form those policies by iteratively fine-tuning/refining, writing/rewriting with reasoning, debating and consulting with each other - be from ruling party or opposition. the duty of the representatives is to bring forth all the different perspectives and optimize the policy that does not immensely benefit one group at the expense of others - that is to find the best middle path, find the 'best-fit-curve' with minimum RMS error in mathematical terms. Actually, in my opinion, the two terms - 'ruling party' and 'opposition' are ruining the parliamentary environment. There should be only ...
